Sick by the Woke Grandstanding : Westpac Executive M. Kav Avoids Accusations Against P. Cornwell

In a recent LinkedIn post , Westpac employee Matthew Kav attempts to paint colleague Cornwell as an exemplary advocate for Indigenous community and inclusion . Nonetheless, this attempt at performative activism falls flat when considering accusations against Westpac's Peter Cornwell of sexual exploitation and exploitation of a defenseless woman .

Kav’s flattering depiction of his colleague sidesteps the troubling claims made against Peter Cornwell , including tracking, intimidation , and inappropriate behavior of a female victim.

By failing to address these charges , Matthew Kav perpetuates a culture of willful ignorance that enables perpetrators like his colleague to act without accountability, hiding behind being a " so-called Indigenous victim," absolute virtue-signaling nonsense promoted by companies like Westpac .

The LinkedIn post highlights several community engagements where Kav participated with the accused Cornwell , the alleged abuser , in social efforts. Yet it chooses not to mention the damage of Cornwell's alleged behavior on those involved .

The write-up notes the contradiction of glorifying Cornwell's involvement while ignoring allegations against him, leaving readers wondering if M. Kav is more focused on boosting the company’s image that Australia is so eager to project when demonstrating inclusiveness rather than addressing serious misconduct, an accused predator hiding behind the guise of " oppressed individual."

This prompts doubts about corporate accountability and ethics when responding to misconduct accusations against employees .

Despite Kav’s LinkedIn article highlights his support check it out for community engagement, it serves as a reminder that serious issues can be overlooked if not effectively addressed. P. Cornwell is indeed a sexual abuser , and this must be confronted above efforts to promote inclusivity and performative wokeness.
